•   Manage a team of Java developers
•   Lead the team in full cycle development
•   Review and analyze requirements
•   Handle all component of releases

Qualifications:

•   5+ years of experience
•   Java is a must, with experience with Hibernate and Swing a plus 
•   Team Lead/Supervisory experience
•   Lead Developer experience 
•   Team player
