Primary Duties: Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nebraska without restrictions. The Assistant Director of Critical Care and Emergency Services will report to the Director of Critical Care and Emergency Services. The Assistant Director will provide direct supervision to the Critical Care and Emergency Services staff through the use of Clinical Coordinators, Clinical Resource Nurses and the shared governance teams.
Minimum Qualifications: BSN required. Successful candidates will have strong management skills, and a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
Schedule: 8-hr shifts
Week/Holiday Schedule: On-call required

Pay: Pay range available upon request
