Position: Robotic Systems Engineer - Onsite Customer Support

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Robotic Systems Engineer to join our team as an Onsite Customer Support specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our customers' robotic systems at their location in Gwinner, ND. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Building Automation and Energy Management Systems, as well as experience in Robotic Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, Industrial Instrument Repair and Maintenance, Industrial Electrical, and Customer Service / Troubleshooting. Additionally, knowledge in Problem Resolution, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing - Maintenance, Manufacturing - Customer Service, and Manufacturing - Welding Inspector will be highly beneficial in this role.

As a Robotic Systems Engineer - Onsite Customer Support, your main responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving technical issues with robotic systems, providing training and support to customers on system operation and maintenance, and collaborating with our engineering team to develop solutions for complex problems. You will also be responsible for conducting regular maintenance and inspections of robotic systems to ensure optimal performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent customer service and communication skills are also essential for this position.

Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Electro/Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Robotic Systems Engineer or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Building Automation Systems especially with FANUC and Motoman Robots 
- Experience in Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, Industrial Instrument Repair and Maintenance, Industrial Electrical, and Customer Service / Troubleshooting
- Knowledge in Problem Resolution, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing - Maintenance, Manufacturing - Customer Service, and Manufacturing - Welding and robotic welding
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
