Our client is seeking a Sales Associate to join their growing team. As a Sales Associate you are responsible for positioning products and services with a powerful value proposition, closing prospects, establishing new distribution channels, and building influential partnerships. Job Duties

  • Market, present, and sell agency’s platform of consulting and underwriting services, especially Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRAs)
  • Communicate client expectations to agency staff to ensure the delivery of services and fees meet or exceed client’s expectations
  • Collect feedback from clients and prospective clients to assist with the enhancement of existing products and development of new products
  • Educate and advise individuals on the benefits and requirements of the ICHRA
  • Conduct needs assessments with Broker partner to determine the most suitable product for clients
  • Explain plan features, benefits, and limitations to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their options
  • Expand broker relationships to support additional client referrals to generate more sales opportunities
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments and changes in the health insurance industry, particularly related to ICHRA guidelines and regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and complaints

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Administration, or a related field
  • Two to five years prior sales experience; preference health insurance
  • Prefer two to five years prior experience with Insurance Brokers
  • Strong communication skills to create dynamic relationships, both internally and externally
  • Possess a meticulous approach to managing tasks and projects
  • Implement a proactive and self-motivated approach to driving success
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for immigration support or sponsorship 
  • Willingness to work onsite full-time
