Key Responsibilities

  • Leasing Support: Schedule tours, guide applicants through the leasing process, and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Resident Relations: Be the first point of contact for resident inquiries and issues; deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Office Operations: Manage rental documentation, delinquent accounts, and office systems.

  • Marketing & Outreach: Post listings on online platforms, assist with digital campaigns, and maintain property visibility.

  • Compliance: Prepare court documentation and ensure all files meet legal and company standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Experience: 1–3 years in leasing, customer service, or administrative support.

  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AppFolio or similar property software is a plus.

  • Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

  • Requirements: Valid driver's license, ability to work weekends and overtime if needed.
