As a member of the Customer Success team, we want you to:

• Leverage your experience with drafting or modeling software (bonus points for SDS2)
• Proactively create content to help those same customers – from knowledge base articles to training videos
• Develop key customer relationships, leading to increased satisfaction and sense of value, thus increasing customer retention

We are searching for an individual who possesses:

• Deep industry knowledge, learning from hands-on experience, often seeing the pain points and limitations of software
• Excellent problem-solving skills – no challenge is too difficult
• An understanding of the customer, and the ability to make technical requirements understandable to those without technical understanding
