JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for managing and maintaining Security National Bank’s (SNB) Microsoft 365 environment. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of communication and collaboration tools, providing technical support, and optimizing the use of Microsoft 365 tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
SharePoint / Power Automate Administration (65%)
- Maintains any existing SharePoint sites as well as creates any new sites as needed.
- Oversees and assists employees with any Department SharePoint pages.
- Maintains any Power Automate forms as well as builds new as needed.
365 Administration Management and Security (15%)
- Manages Entra ID, Teams, Intune, Enterprise Apps (Single Sign-On) and Exchange Online.
- Maintains Conditional Access Policies to ensure the security of the organization.
- Collaborates with HR on training new users on systems/products/features.
OneDrive Administration (10%)
- Troubleshoots any user issues pertaining to OneDrive.
- Monitors usage and provides reports.
Documentation / Licensing (5%)
- Maintains documentation on how a 365 administrator performs their job.
- Writes training documentation for users on how to use basic Microsoft software such as SharePoint and OneDrive. Collaborates with HR on training new users on systems/products/features.
- Requests new licenses as needed and maintains existing licenses and provides reports on usage.
- Creates and maintains processes and procedures
- Provides 365 usage/license reports to the Director of IT.
Tech Support and Updates (5%)
- Stays abreast of technological advances and new developments.
- Provides Tier 2 support to the SNB Help Desk for any Microsoft related questions.
Performs other duties as required and assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of Sharepoint and Power Automate
- Advanced Knowledge and understanding of Office 365 applications
- Intermediate knowledge and understanding of Intune and OneDrive
- General knowledge and understanding of Entra ID, Teams, Enterprise Apps and Exchange Online
- General knowledge and understanding of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- General knowledge and understanding of Windows 11
- General knowledge and understanding of Powershell Scripting
- Ability to communicate professionally, clearly and concisely with technical and non-technical audiences, both written and verbally, over email, phone or in-person
- Ability to be detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work with limited supervision, prioritizing multiple projects, skills in providing excellent customer service, follow-through, and ongoing communication to internal customers
- Strong time management, problem analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to maintain predictable and reliable attendance
- Ability to complete required company training by assigned due date
EDUCATION*
- Minimum of a 2 year College degree in Information Technology or related area required
- Microsoft 365 certifications (MS-100, MS-101, or equivalent) preferred
EXPERIENCE*
- Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a 365 Administrator required
- Minimum of 4-6 years experience in the Information Technology field required
