The Customer Success Coordinator reports to the Homeownership Success Manager. This position is responsible for receiving, researching, and responding to homeowner inquiries post close. This position will be the single point of contact for all post close homeowner inquiries. This position requires collaboration and working knowledge of all Habitat Omaha departments. This includes conducting pre- and post-closed walk-throughs and ensuring the completion of repairs identified in the warranty walk throughs. This position will assist in educating family partners on home repair, addressing neighborhood and community concerns. This role will serve on Habitat HOA Boards in the new developments. The Homeownership Coordinator will serve as a liaison between construction and family services for post close needs. This role will manage special projects as needed.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Primary contact for all post close homeowner inquiries.
  • Create and maintain a tracking system for all incoming customer inquiries and referrals.
  • Utilize Builder trend.
  • Conduct individual pre and post close walk-through education in partnership with construction warranty team.
  • Ensure completion of repairs identified in warranty walk-throughs in coordination with the construction team.
  • Serve as a liaison between construction and family services for all post close needs.
  • Serve on the HOA boards for all Habitat new developments.
  • Point of contact for all post close 50-year covenant inquiries.
  • Identify trends and make operational recommendations to ensure efficiency and homeowner satisfaction.
  • Keep the director of construction and family service apprised of any issues.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with the spirit of Habitat for Humanity of Omaha’s mission, including participation and cooperation with local and national service organizations and special HFHO events.
  • Proper practice of stewardship with HFHO resources.
  • Maintain good communication and harmonious relationships with other HFHO staff, departments, and projects. Promote a continuous flow of essential information throughout the company.
  • Manage special projects as needed as well as other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Project management experience required; construction experience preferred.
  • Property management experience preferred.
  • Outstanding knowledge of homeownership.
  • Outstanding ability to problem solve and create permanent solutions.
  • Ability to navigate conflicts.
  • Microsoft Office Suite and database experience required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Bilingual/multilingual, a plus.
  • Outstanding customer services skills with diverse, multi-lingual populations and organizational partners.
  • Self-motivated and organized towards team success, organizational goals, and individual professional development.
  • Ability to work independently, manage Projects, and meet deadlines.
