Floor Technician/Transportation Driver

Must be 21 Years of Age to qualify for this position!

Maple Crest is looking for a Floor Technician/Transportation Driver to join our team! Starting pay at $18.00/hr and up, based on experience!

Shifts Available:
Full-Time: 40hrs per week/Monday - Friday, Rotating Weekends and holidays. 8:00AM - 4:300PM

As a Floor Technician at Maple Crest, your primary purpose will be to provide floor care services throughout the community, maintaining appropriate cleanliness and safety of all flooring surfaces. Services will include but not be limited to shampooing resident rooms, staff offices, dining rooms, common areas and resident apartments. Floor technician will also strip and wax hard floors as assigned.

This position will also be combined with the Transportation Driver position! As the Transportation Driver, you'll be responsible for providing transportation for residents and/or staff of the Community in a safe and efficient manner.

What We Need From You

• High School diploma or Equivalent.
• Must be able to follow proper techniques when mixing chemicals, disinfectants, and solutions.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written
• Must be able to read product labels and able to follow directions
• Able to read Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) when necessary
• Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Must be 21 years of age, with a valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a DOT medical exam.
