Compensation: $100,000-$120,000

The job:
As a People Success Partner at Buildertrend, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes force that empowers our teams to do their best work. While you won’t interact directly with customers, your expertise and support are key to ensuring our internal stakeholders thrive. You’ll partner closely with leadership to build a high-performance culture, drive employee engagement, and manage key areas like performance and employee relations. By aligning with our mission to build a great workplace, you’ll help our teams focus on what they do best, all while empowering them to reach their fullest potential.
What you will do:
- Collaborate closely with leadership and management teams to implement strategies and programs that develop their workforce to achieve its strategic goals while improving overall employee experience.
- Work with the Performance and Development team in the execution of talent management processes, talent reviews, succession planning, and engagement.
- Serve as a liaison between managers and employees by facilitating communication, handling questions, interpreting situations, and solving work-related issues.
- Coach, counsel and guide employees and managers regarding performance practices, policy and employment laws.
- Build people-related solutions by leveraging people trends, insights, and data to drive the implementation of projects and programs.
- Provide strategic partnership and mentorship to employees and people managers at all levels to positively impact the motivation, development, and retention of talent.
- Partner with all areas of the organization to deliver an aligned, effective people-centric approach to your partner organizations.
- Lead and provide guidance on employee relations matters and conduct investigations as needed.
- Ensure policies, practices, and programs are administered in an equitable and consistent manner.
- Deliver secondary support to People team projects across the company, assisting with coordinator and execution.
Who you are and what you need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
- 8 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner and/or in an Employee Relations position required.
- Ability to effectively build and sustain strong partnerships with trust and credibility across the business.
