Use comprehensive knowledge to accurately perform and evaluate highly complex laboratory testing in an efficient manner. Demonstrate behavioral skills that contribute to a productive work environment and provide excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in biology, microbiology, virology, molecular biology, or other laboratory related science required.

* ASCP or ASHI/ACHI certification required. Current staff to obtain ASCP or ASHI/ACHI certification by October 2023 required.
* Effective communication skills, initiative, teamwork and flexibility required.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Progressive, successful experience in a molecular laboratory preferred.
* Histocompatibility experience preferred.
* Experience in assay development preferred.
* Master's degree in biology, microbiology, virology, molecular biology, or other laboratory related science preferred.
