Life & Health Customer Service Team is hiring! We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Support Clerk. In this role, you will play a key part in managing incoming customer requests and correspondence while ensuring timely and accurate processing in line with departmental procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, count, analyze, sort, and distribute incoming customer requests and correspondence according to established schedules.
  • Assess and categorize customer service requests, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Process routine service requests efficiently.
  • Maintain department supply inventory and oversee preparation of file boxes for off-site storage.
  • Organize, file, and rotate conservation and pending files.
  • Manage daily tasks such as mail distribution, faxing, photocopying, and general document handling.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.  
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Demonstrate ability to operate a PC, and operate copy and fax machines.
  • Tabulation, sorting, organization and time management skills to prioritize and complete daily tasks.
  • Basic math and reading aptitude.
