Position Summary | This position provides comprehensive administrative support for the Great Plains IDeA-CTR, requiring excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to exercise independent judgment. Serving as a vital link between the GP IDeA-CTR and state-wide institutional partners, governmental agencies, community based organizations, and other partners, this position is responsible for administrative assistance in the planning, organizing, administering, and monitoring of the day-to-day administrative operational activities/office services, financial assistance and project management requirements of the program. This position demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness, writing skills, and problem- solving skills in applying a detailed knowledge of the responsibilities, functions and underlying departmental management structure and of the larger institution in organizing and independently prioritizing work. This position establishes procedures and systems and ensures the orderly and timely administrative operational flow through the office. |
