Responsibilities - Service Manager:

• Manage daily operations of the service department
• Supervise and coach service advisors and technicians
• Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction and handle escalated concerns
• Monitor department performance (sales, gross profit, productivity, CSI scores)
• Work closely with Parts and Sales departments to meet internal service needs
• Enforce safety and compliance standards
• Implement continuous improvements and hit performance goals

Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Deep understanding of service department operations and KPIs
• Knowledge of automotive repair processes and dealership software (CDK, Reynolds, etc.)
