Stratacent is seeking an experienced and highly skilled GenAI Security Architect who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, security, and compliance of generative AI systems, technologies, and solutions within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including AI researchers, data scientists, IT infrastructure teams, and security specialists, to design, implement, and maintain robust security frameworks for generative AI models and applications.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement security architectures, frameworks, and protocols for generative AI systems.
- Conduct threat modelling and risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities in AI-driven platforms.
- Work with AI teams to design and implement security measures that protect AI models from attacks, data poisoning, adversarial attacks, and model theft.
- Ensure safe and secure handling of sensitive data during AI model training, inference, and storage.
- Establish continuous monitoring and alerting mechanisms to detect and mitigate any security threats in real-time.
- Perform audits and assessments to evaluate security posture and ensure compliance with both internal and external security regulations.
- Work closely with AI research teams, developers, data scientists, and IT infrastructure teams to ensure that security is integrated throughout the AI development lifecycle.
- Lead the response to any security incidents or breaches related to generative AI systems, ensuring timely detection, containment, investigation, and remediation.
- Develop and execute disaster recovery plans and incident response strategies for AI systems.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in both AI and cybersecurity to anticipate emerging threats and challenges in generative AI.
- Contribute to ongoing research in AI security techniques and methodologies.
Skills Required: - Extensive experience in AI, machine learning, and deep learning systems, with a solid understanding of generative AI technologies (e.g., GANs, transformers).
- Proficiency in AI security, including adversarial machine learning, data protection, and model security.
- Knowledge of cryptography, identity and access management (IAM), secure software development practices, and cloud security frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and others used in model development and deployment.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, tools, and techniques for securing AI applications.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements related to data privacy, security, and AI governance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, NIST, ISO 27001).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience identifying, diagnosing, and mitigating complex security threats in AI systems.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years of experience focused on AI/ML security.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or AI-specific security certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience with cloud security platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) in the context of AI workloads.
