Hospitalist Physician

Location: A city in Texas that blends historical charm, agricultural heritage, and community values. The city's proximity to larger urban centers like Wichita Falls, Dallas, and Oklahoma City provides residents with access to additional amenities and opportunities while enjoying the benefits of a small-town atmosphere.

Facility: A hospital that provide inpatient psychiatric services to adults, children and adolescents. The hospital also provides psychiatric services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Opportunity:

• Oversee the medical care of the clients with a unit having 30-75 clients.
• See approximately 5-15 patients per day for acute illness, injury or follow-up.
• Available for new admissions which have to be completed within 24 hours of admission
• Perform clinics in the morning
• Will typically work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Mon-Fri), but shift patern is subject to changeas determined by the Director to meet needs of the hospital.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
