We are seeking a IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our Managed IT Services Team at Endurance IT Services. TheIT Infrastructure Specialistmanages the IT infrastructure of managed services customers, acting as the primary technical contact and ensuring service delivery aligns with company standards. The IT Infrastructure Specialistfocuses on guiding customers' IT and infosec strategy, reducing reactive support, and maintaining customer retention. The role involves managing 20-30 clients. Work Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday, with availability for overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Uphold core values: client satisfaction, staff retention, and community involvement
• Develop and maintain client network knowledge and documentation
• Perform regular onsite proactive services and simple technology implementations
• Act as the primary implementation engineer for assigned clients
• Implement and define best practices, assess business risks, and recommend upgrades
• Ensure client satisfaction and coordinate with vCIO
• Handle ticket escalation and perform root-cause analysis
• Participate in special projects and tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in IT or related field required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in network/IT systems and troubleshooting
• Navy E-6/E-7
• Extensive proficiency with IT hardware and software, including Microsoft server and desktop OS, network components, server virtualization, and cloud services
• Preferred certifications: Microsoft and Cisco
• Position requires 80% travel
