IT Specialist Job in Austin, TX

Description
Responsible for providing end user support along with software, hardware, and network administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Relies on experience and judgment as well as pre-established procedure and instructions to identify research and resolve technical problems.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Troubleshoot and resolve trouble ticket related to technical difficulties with hardware, software, and the network.
Triage helpdesk requests and co-ordinate with other parties when appropriate.
Act as product manager for industry specific end user applications/systems.
Verify that calls for service have been resolved and updated in the ticketing system.
Interface with infrastructure, database, development, and third party personnel.
Actively contribute to ongoing process improvement.
Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.
Ability to complete multiple simultaneous projects in a timely manner.

Salary Description
$40,000 to $60,000
