Job DetailsThis role is ideal for a creative and strategic thinker who can develop and manage engaging content across multiple platforms. From email marketing and blog writing to social media and website content, you'll be responsible for shaping our brand's digital presence and connecting with our audience in meaningful ways
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute content strategies for social media, email marketing, blog posts, and website updates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage the company's content calendar, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Design eye-catching graphics and marketing materials using Canva (or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Write compelling copy for emails, blogs, social media, and website pages, keeping messaging aligned with the brand voice.
- Oversee social media marketing efforts, including organic and paid strategies, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize content for audience engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for content creation and brand growth.
- (Bonus) Capture and edit video content for use across social media and digital channels.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related role, ideally 3+ years.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand messaging for various platforms, including email, social media, blog posts, and website content.
- Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across all content formats and platforms, ensuring messaging is aligned with the company's values and tone.
- Proficiency in Canva (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus)
- Experience developing and managing social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Basic understanding of website content management (HubSpot, WordPress or similar platforms preferred).
- Basic SEO knowledge, including keyword research and on-page SEO techniques to help drive organic traffic to the website and blog content.
- Knowledge of email marketing tools (such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Ability to track and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, or email metrics to optimize content strategy and improve engagement.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple content initiatives, manage deadlines, and collaborate across teams.
- (Bonus) Experience recording and editing video content.
