Your primary job will be assisting the company principals in a real estate development and management office. You will have a variety of duties including locating land and other real estate opportunities, financial analysis, working with the brokerage community, analyzing operations at existing properties, working with the team to execute business plans for properties owned and/or developed, working with contractors, engineers, and other design professional, and a myriad of other tasks requisite to real estate ownership and development.
You must be comfortable calling and meeting people you do not know. You will be working on a wide variety of tasks including corresponding with tenants and investors, inspecting properties, following up on tasks assigned by company principal to managers, scheduling meetings, responding to emails, copying/scanning, answering leasing calls, and other admin tasks as you learn the business.
