Requirements:
Licensedas a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner in the state ofWashington.
Nationalboard certification as a PNP or FNP.
Minimumof 1-2 years of pediatric experience preferred (new graduates with strongpediatric training will also be considered).
CPRand PALS certifications (or willingness to obtain prior to start).
Stronginterpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with youngpatients and their families.

KeyResponsibilities:
Providecomprehensive primary care services for pediatric patients, includingwell-child checks, developmental assessments, and acute care visits.
Managesame-day sick visits, minor injuries, and other urgent pediatric concerns.
Developand implement care plans in collaboration with families, focusing on holisticand patient-centered care.
Educatepatients and families on preventive care, immunizations, nutrition, and otherhealth-related topics.
Collaboratewith other healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless care coordinationand delivery.
Maintainaccurate and timely medical records in compliance with clinic policies andregulatory standards.
