Job details Title- RN Educator (Dialysis) Location- Fort Worth, TX Requirements Recent 2 years of experience in Dialysis. Active RN state license. Responsibilities: • Complete an initial training program to gain in-depth knowledge of our dialysis procedures, protocols, and best practices. • Travel to different clinics to train and mentor dialysis nurses, ensuring adherence to high-quality patient care standards. • Conduct hands-on training sessions, competency evaluations, and ongoing education for clinic staff. • Assist in implementing new dialysis techniques, equipment, and protocols. • Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and support continuous professional development. • Collaborate with clinic managers and nursing teams to assess training needs and develop customized educational plans. • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and organizational regulations related to dialysis care. • Maintain detailed records of training sessions, staff progress, and competency assessments. • Stay updated on advancements in dialysis treatments and share best practices with nursing teams.
