Travel Nurse RN - Case Management - $3,389 per week

PHP is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in West Allis, Wisconsin.

Candidate MUST HAVE: - 1 year Home Health RN experience - Active BLS (AHA) and state RN license (WI or compact) - Wound care experience (wound vacs, pleural drains and ostomy care). - Able to complete peripheral blood draws, central line care, and IV admin through multiple devices (elastomeric, IV pumps). - Excellent assessment skills and computer documentation. - Reliable transportation, active driver's license, and auto insurance. TECHNICAL SKILLS Must Have 2 years RN home health preferred Assessments, OASIS, Medication administration, all systems care, order verification, communication with physicians, IV medication administration IV Pumps, PICC lines, infusions, woundcare and wound vacs, experienced in phlebotomy, some EPIC knowledge Experience with Oasis Nice To Have Epic Documentation 435078
