1. Current & valid state RN license
2. BLS (Basic Life Support)
3. ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
4. PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
5. NIHSS or Stroke Certification - preferred
6. COVID vaccination and boosters - preferred
7. EDAP 1 & 2 - Emergency Department Approved for Pediatrics
8. BVP (MAB) training - Behavioral Violence Prevention / Management of Assaultive Behavior
   
   
   
   

Deliver safe, direct patient care using the nursing process: Assessment Planning Implementation Evaluation Provide patient/family education and supervise other nursing staff. Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition, including diagnostic results and symptoms. Work closely with physicians to communicate clinical changes. Demonstrate ability to respond quickly and accurately in emergencies. Maintain patient privacy/confidentiality. Adhere to EMTALA regulations and properly report abuse cases to authorities/Hospital Social Worker.
