Position Details:
Work in a supportive, community-focused long-term care facility serving elderly residents with compassion and professionalism. This flexible schedule includes both evening and night shifts, making it ideal for LPNs who value variety and continuity of care.

Requirements:

• Active LPN license (MN or compact)
• LTC/Nursing Home experience preferred
• Shifts: Must be open to mix of 8s & 12s, evenings and nights
• Team-player with strong patient care skills
